At least 30 insurgents were killed after their own suicide vests exploded at a gathering in Afghanistan's Farah province.

"A group of fighters and their suicide bombers had gathered in the Bala Bolok district in the north-eastern parts of the province to plot an attack against the forces when two suicide vests and other explosives blew up during their meeting," the Tolo News quoted Farah Governor's Spokesman Naser Mehri, as saying.
