Sir,
Art 35-A has been introduced in the Indian Constitution by the presidential order 1954 but it is not added by Article 368 which is a method to amend. So it clearly violates the basic nature of Indian Constitution. It should be scrapped so that people who came from West Pakistan will get their basic rights for which they are struggling since 1947. One thing which I would like to add here is that some use it to blackmail their people by saying that if it is abolished, then people of other states will come here and purchase land in J&K and occupy Govt jobs. This is not true because there is no Art 370 and 35-A in Himachal Pradesh but still we cannot purchase land there. Also, we cannot get Govt. jobs in Maharashtra as it is only reserved for Marathi people.
So it is the time to scrap this articles.
Yours etc….
