SRINAGAR: Jammu and Kashmir Government has decided to engage senior advocate Fali S Nariman to represent the State in the Supreme Court to defend the Article 35-A of the constitution.
This information was given by Minister for Rural Dev & Panchayati Raj & Law Justice Abdul Haq Khan adding advocate general will also assist advocate Nariman.
Mr Khan said he himself is visiting Delhi from time to time to get details about different cases in the Supreme Court. We will leave no stone unturned to defend the Article 35-A of the constitution, he declared. (AGENCIES)
