The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) on Monday said it would move an adjournment motion in the Assembly on the deaths of sanitation workers in the Capital.
Leader of the Opposition Vijender Gupta alleged that the three sanitation workers died in Lajpat Nagar on Sunday due to the “failure” of the AAP government.
“Innocent sanitation workers continue to die due to the neglect of the government in following safety standards,” said Mr. Gupta, adding that the Opposition would raise the voice of Delhiites in the Assembly.
