Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath today directed the officials concerned to make all possible arrangements in the flood-affected districts of the state.
"The chief minster has directed the district magistrates, commissioners as well as the ministers in-charge to visit the flood-affected areas and ensure that people do not have to face any problem there," the state's power minister, Srikant Sharma, told reporters.
The chief minister will himself visit some of the areas soon, Sharma said, adding the government has directed the administration in affected zones to promptly make all necessary arrangements.
