The chief minister was addressing about 50 girl students and more than a dozen teachers of Panchkula at his residence here today, an official release said.
On this occasion, the girl students and teachers tied 'rakhi' on Khattar's wrist and prayed for his good health and prosperity of the state.
Khattar gave them blessings and distributed sweets and gifts, the release said.
