All India Congress Committee (AICC) in-charge for Telangana R. C. Khuntia has been made special invitee for the Congress Working Committee (CWC) meetings.
Since the special invitee status is given only to general secretaries, party sources said Mr. Khuntia would be considered full time in charge of Telangana affairs.
“As a special invitee for CWC meetings, he will look after Telangana full time,” a senior Congress party leader said.
