Late last month, Usher’s herpes diagnosis became public knowledge. Court documents surfaced on the internet, revealing that the R&B singer had paid an unnamed female stylist $1.1 million after she claimed he had given her the incurable sexually transmitted disease.

Now attorney Lisa Bloom has announced that she will be filing a suit for an additional three people — two women and one man — who accuse the 38-year-old of not disclosing an alleged STD diagnosis prior to sexual contact. One of her clients will be speaking out about this during a press conference on Monday in New York City, while the other two are choosing to remain anonymous and will be identified as Jane Doe and John Doe.

In the court documents that became public in July, it said the Voice coach was diagnosed with the STD, that roughly 20% of adults are living with, between 2009 and 2010. Bloom’s clients all allegedly had sexual interaction with the “U Got It Bad” crooner after 2012, however her initial statement did not reveal whether or not any of these people actually contracted the STD from him.

The attorney (who is also representing Blac Chyna in her revenge-porn case against her ex, Rob Kardashian) filed the suit in California, where individuals who are aware of the fact that they have an STD are guilty of a misdemeanor if they do not disclose their status to any sexual partners before engaging in sexual acts.

Usher has not spoken publicly about the earlier settlement or these latest accusations.
