Hosts score thumping innings and 205 runs win over Tripura

Skipper CM Gautam slammed a double century before the bowlers produced a collective effort to set up a thumping innings and 205 runs victory for KSCA XI over Tripura Cricket Association (TCA) in the Dr (Capt) K Thimmappiah memorial cricket tournament here at the RSI ground on Saturday.
On the third and penultimate day, resuming from 315/5, in response to TCA’s 297 all out, KSCA registered a massive 625/9 declared thanks to a 200 from Gautam and an 86-run knock from Shreyas Gopal.
Shreyas (3/52), J Suchith (3/40) and Prasidh Krishna (3/15) then rattled the TCA batsmen and bundled them out for 123 in their second hit.
