Short circuit
The maintenance work on the 11-KV substation involves replacement of critical parts of the transformer. When the substation was functioning, there was a short circuit in the transformer. “If we do not address this small problem now, we may face a serious disruption in water supply,” KWA executive engineer John Koshy said.
