Interestingly, this is not the first time that V. Chamundeswaranath has shown this level of support towards Indian sportspersons. Last year Chamudeswarnath sponsored to give BMW cars to Olympic medal winners PV Sindhu, Sakshi Malik and Dipa Karmakar for bringing fame to India at the 2016 Rio Olympics. The cars were presented to them by none other then cricketing legend, Sachin Tendulkar. That time the cars which were presented to the athletes included the BMW X1 and the BMW 320d. While it is too soon to say which car Mitahli Raj will get, but considering the new-gen 5 Series was recently launched in India, it could be a possible option.
