Farm equipment maker Escorts Ltd today reported a 34.3 per cent increase in tractor sales at 5,418 units in July.
The company had sold 4,035 units in the same month last year, Escorts Ltd said in a BSE filing.
Domestic sales during the month were at 5,275 units as against 3,953 in July last year, a growth of 33.4 per cent.
Exports were at 143 units last month as against 82 units in the year-ago period, up 74.4 per cent, the company added.
