
India A tick all boxes as they beat Afghanistan A by 113 runs in the Tri Series contest at Pretoria on Tuesday. This was India’s second win in their third match and they are behind South Africa A who have won both their matches so far. After put into bat first, India rode on fifties from skipper Manish Pandeya and Rishabh Pant to post 322/5. In reply, Afghanistan failed to get going with the bat and kept losing wickets at regular intervals. Seamer Mohammed Siraj picked three wickets for the Indian unit while Vijay Shankar and seamer Kaul returned with two wickets each. Earlier, Shreyas Iyer and Krunal Pandya too were among the runs.
