Four students belonging to SFI were injured in a clash with ABVP activists in the Government Arts College here today, police said.
The clash erupted between the second and third year students following an altercation over some "political issues" police said.
In the melee, SFI students sustained head injuries and they were admitted to Government Hospital.
Following the incident, the authorities ordered closure of boys hostel in the college for a week and asked the students there to vacate immediately.
