Priyadarshan joins hands with Udhayanidhi Stalin for next film

Ace director Priyadarshan has joined hands with well-known Tamil actor Udhayanidhi Stalin for his next untitled project, which will also feature famous yesteryear director J Mahendran in a key role.

Priyadarshan is known for his hit films in Tamil, Malayalam and Hindi.

Mahendran, a popular director known for powerful hits like Rajinikanth-starrer 'Mullum Malarum,' will play Udhayanidhi's father.

He had earlier acted as a villain in the hit 'Theri', opposite top actor Vijay.

Parvathy Nair and Namitha Pramod will be among the cast.

The film has not been titled so far and was being produced by Santhosh T Kuruvilla for Moonshot Entertainment, the release said.

Darbuka Siva will compose the music for the film while Ekambaram will handle the cinematography.
