
SRINAGAR: The pilgrimage to the holy Amarnath Cave Shrine in south Kashmir was progressing smoothly as a fresh batch of 1,273 Yatris paid obeisance since early this morning, a Yatra official said.
He said that today on the 31st day of the 40-day-long Yatra 1,273 Yatris paid obeisance at the Holy Cave.
With this, a total of 2,52,599 pilgrims had darshan at the Holy Cave since the commencement of the Yatra from June 29 from both shortest Baltal and traditional Pahalgam routes. (AGENCIES)
