Therefore, the non-residents who are not claiming refund or non-residents who are claiming refund but having a account in are not required to furnish details of their foreign account in the return of However, the non-residents, who are claiming income-refund and not having account in may, at their option, furnish the details of one foreign account in the return of for issuance of refund.
