Haryana State Commission for Women chairperson assumes charge

The newly-appointed chairperson of the State Commission for Women, Pratibha Suman, today assumed charge.

She assumed charge here in the presence of Speaker, Vidhan Sabha, Kanwar Pal, and the state Women and Child Development Minister, Kavita Jain, and others.


Speaking on the occasion, Suman said that she was committed towards development, empowerment, safety and security of women and girls.

Suman said that she and her team would ensure that women, who are victims of various crimes, get speedy justice.
