The High Court of Karnataka ordered notices to the state government and the Karnataka Public Service Commission (KPSC) on Monday in a petition seeking directions to stay the notification of provisional list of 464 posts of Gazetted Probationers Group ‘A’ and ‘B’.

The petitioner, Ajith A, has sought directions for manual evaluation, scaling and moderation while evaluating the answer scripts. A division bench, comprising Chief Justice S K Mukherjee and Justice P S Dinesh Kumar, ordered notices in the matter.
