ITC, through its Supporting Indian Trade and Investment for East (SITA) project, is working towards promoting Indian investment in key sectors - primarily in agri-business and manufacturing sectors - in five East African countries of Ethiopia, Kenya, Uganda, Rwanda and the Republic of Tanzania, SITA coordinator, ITC, Govinda Venuprasad said in a release here today.

An overview of SITA project for the participants to understand and explore the potential areas of collaboration was presented. Accordingly, an action plan will be prepared soon, Venuprasad said.
