Reliance Nippon Life Insurance Jun premium up 8% to Rs 700cr

Nippon Life Company today said its total premium grew by 8 per cent to Rs 700 crore in April-June compared to the year-ago period.

The company said it had assets under management of Rs 17,400 crore as on June 30 this year, up 10 per cent from same period year ago.


"We are on a strong revival journey and are moving steadily towards growth across all business lines backed by a robust strategy and strong exception capabilities," said Ashish Vohra, ED & CEO, Nippon Life Co Ltd.

Anil Ambani-promoted Capital has 51 per cent stake in Nippon Life while Japan's Nippon Life has the rest 49 per cent.
