RSS changes base of some key office-bearers

The has shifted the base of some of its key office-bearers, including the head of its intellectual cell, who has been sent to from Bihar, in what the organisation said was a routine exercise.

The decision was taken during the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh's three-day conclave in Jammu and Kashmir, which ended yesterday.
