Chief Minister Trivendra Singh Rawat today paid a visit to Harish Rawat at his residence here to enquire about his health as the former CM had a narrow escape after being hit by a biker.

Accompanied by Cabinet Minister Yashpal Arya, the chief minister arrived at Rawat's residence on old Mussoorie Road in Rajpur to find out how he was doing after the accident.

The former CM was hit by a biker while he was taking a walk outside his residence late last evening.

However, he escaped nearly unhurt as the speeding vehicle brushed past him and he did not fall.
