The Kashmir issue remains the core dispute between and Pakistan, and its resolution is imperative for bringing peace in the region, Pakistan's top diplomat said today.

Sartaj Aziz, the Prime Minister's advisor on foreign affairs, made the remarks during his meeting with a 9-member delegation of All Parties Hurriyat Conference (Chapter) here, the Foreign Office said in a statement.
