Two children — Vamsi (8) and Charan (6) — and their father Bhadraiah (35) were killed when the motorcycle they were riding was hit by a tipper from behind near Kadthal in Cyberabad police limits.
Their mother Savitha (35) escaped with injuries.
According to Sub-Inspector (Kadthal) G. Srikanth, the accident took place at 3.50 p.m. on Sunday.
The family on the two-wheeler hailed from Warangal and had migrated to the city in search of a livelihood.
