Atul has informed the exchanges that the Central Pollution Control Board has revoked the closure notice for its Tarapur plant upon providing connectivity of the online effluent monitoring system to CPCB. There was no material impact on the operations of the company during the closure period and operations at the Tarapur plant have resumed, it further said. On April 29, the company had informed the exchanges of receiving a CPCB order for closure of its Tarapur unit. Shares of Atul closed at ₹2,743.55, up 1.38 per cent, on the NSE.
