What You Need:
- 2 peaches, pitted and chopped
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 3/4 cup whole milk
- 1/4 cup mint leaves
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (Opt for something like this organic whey protein from the Men's Health store.)
How to Make It:
In a blender (we like this one from Ninja), combine the peaches, Greek yogurt, milk, mint leaves, and protein powder. Blend until the consistency of the mixture is smooth. Pour into a glass and enjoy.
