As a part of Haryana's golden jubilee celebrations, the state government has decided to set up commemorative structures and a tableau at a cost of over Rs 5.24 crore on the National Highway I at Ambala City.
"The commemorative structures and a tableau would be installed on Delhi-Chandigarh highway near Kingfisher tourist resort," an official spokesman said here today.
Haryana was carved out as a separate state on November 1, 1966.
