The Centre for Corporate Governance and Citizenship (CCGC) at Indian Institute of Management Bangalore (IIMB), as part of its Leaderspeak Series, will host a discussion on ‘Value Creation through Corporate Governance’ with G N Bajpai, former Chairman of SEBI, on July 31 at 5.30 pm at Management Development Centre (MDC), IIMB Campus.

Others to talk are Shekar Viswanathan, vice-chairman of Toyota Kirloskar, and G Ramesh from the Centre for Public Policy (CPP) at IIM Bangalore.
