Three arrested for selling ganja

The city police have arrested two people during a raid on a building near Sapthagiri College, Chikkasandra, and seized ganja worth Rs 1.80 lakh from them.
The arrested Mohammad Mustafa Shan (19) and Sayas Al Ameen (24) hail from Kerala and are residing in Koramangala.
Police said the duo had obtained ganja from Kerala and were selling it to college students and professionals.
In another case, police on Thursday arrested a 45-year-old for selling ganja and seized the banned substance worth Rs 40,000 from him.
Acting on a tip-off, the police detained Chandrappa, a resident of Sarjapur, when he was trying to sell the banned substance near Sathvik Dry Fruit stall, Marappanapalya, in RMC Yard.
During interrogation, he told the police that he had procured ganja from two people in Anekal.
