My scene in 'GOT' is not that exciting: Ed Sheeran

Singer Ed Sheeran says his scene in the upcoming season of "Game of Thrones" is not that "exciting" but he felt good being onscreen with his close friend actress Maisie Williams.

The 26-year-old musician, who will be seen in a cameo in the seventh installment of the HBO series, alongside the actress who plays Arya Stark, says he is yet to see how the scene eventually pans out, reported Entertainment Tonight.

"I haven't seen it yet. I just know the scene I did, I did with Maisie, and it's decent. I like it. Nothing exciting happens in this scene, we just have a conversation and that's kind of it," says Sheeran.

The "Shape of You" hitmaker says he fears his fans may be disappointed as he does not have a central role to play in the narrative.

"(It) has been build up too much. People will just be like, 'Oh... Oh, all right'. It's not an integral part of it, at all. I'm just like, in it," he says.

Season seven of "Game of Thrones" premieres in on Star World and Star World HD on July 18.
