Anidulafungin is a semisynthetic echinocandin used as an antifungal drug. On the other hand, tigecycline, a glycylcycline that is administered intravenously, is an used to treat a number of bacterial infections.

The company said that it was in the process of applying for the two formulations in other countries as well.
