Godrej Properties on Monday said it will develop a new group housing project at Sohna, Gurugram, with a saleable area of 1.7 million sq ft. This is its eighth project in the national capital region. However, the Mumbai-based realty major did not disclose the name of the land owner with whom it has formed a partnership. Shareholders will closely monitor the development with respect to the deal size and execution of the project by Godrej Properties.
