Police in Andheri, a Mumbai suburb, have registered a case against a 56-year-old man, founder of a kindergarten, and another person for allegedly sexually assaulting a three-year-old girl.
Parents of the girl filed a complaint that the trustee and the founder of the kindergarten, located in Andheri (East), and another person sexually assaulted their daughter on the school premises on May 18.
Following which, MIDC police registered a case against the two men, but no arrest has been made yet.
"Investigation is on," said deputy commissioner of police Navinchandra Reddy.
