James Tedesco takes the ball in his own in-goal and arrows upfield before being hauled down by Josh Dugan. A couple of tackles later and Wests Tigers are in again, with Michael Chee Kam scoring and Lolohea converting. St George Illawarra 16-12.
The crowd is 12,983. NSW forward Tyson Frizell has a new rib injury and won't be back. St George Illawarra 16-6.

Halftime at ANZ Stadium: ST GEORGE ILLAWARRA 12 WESTS TIGERS 2
ST GEORGE Illawarra captain Gareth Widdop has enjoyed a blazing return from injury, score all his side's first half points in the battle of the NRL's joint ventures at ANZ Stadium.
The Dragons could easily be further in front, with fullback Josh Dugan's try midway through the half chalked off because forward Jack de Belin was offside.
In an unusual passage of play just before halftime, St George Illawarra made a break, only for play to be called back because the touch judges had detected an attempted trip by Joel Thompson on James Tedesco. COMMENT: The Dragons are entitled to be somewhat concerned that they dominated the first half so completely yet only lead by 10.

40 min: Lolohea goal
Dragon Joel Thompson is on report for an attempted trip on James Tedesco and as a result, Tuimoala Lolohea has his first points as a Wests Tiger. Well spotted by the touch judges, the trip - it took the TV producer some time to find the replay. St George Illawarra 12-2.

27 min: Widdop try, goal
And it's a fumble near halfway from Wests Tigers with a rushed pass and five-eighth Widdop snatches up the ball and races away to score. He's got enough legs to outrun the cover defence. The tackle of Nightingale played a big role. Widdop converts. St George Illawarra 12-0.

24 min: Dugan NO TRY
We've gone to the Bunker but in the surface this is a fantastic try from St George Illawarra with the ball kept alive before Josh Dugan slices through retreating defence to score. Jack de Belin is offside, doesn't retreat, so it's 'no try'. St George Ilawarra 6-0.

Break down the western touchline for Josh Dugan and then Kurt Mann is deeply involved in getting the ball back to the eastern side, with St George Illawarra captain Gareth Widdop dummying his way over. Lots of good ball movement. Widdop goal. St George Illawarra 6-0.

Dragons winger Jason Nightingale is over in the south-eastern corner for St George Illawarra but it's clearly a forward pass from captain Gareth Widdop. 0-0.
