Manchester: A shopkeeper has told of how he hid terrified bus passengers in the back of his store after armed police stormed a bus.
Daryl Lawson said up to six people rushed into his shop as armed police stormed the bus they were on.

He then saw a police van pull up at the back of the bus, and believes a male passenger was taken away in it.
"Basically some other people from the bus came running in the shop absolutely terrified, they said a number of armed police were on the bus," the 29-year-old said.

"So I just got them in the back of the shop. I stood and guarded the front."
The passengers "were too scared and panicked" to get a good look at the man, but told Mr Lawson he had been sitting at the back of the bus.
"I have just learned that they had been following the guy for a little while and he was on his way to town. We don't know what for," he added.
It comes as police announced a 44-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of terrorism offences in connection with the Manchester bombing.
It brings the total number of men in custody in connection with the attack to nine.
A woman who works at a nearby shop, who did not want to be named, said police told them to stay inside.
"We didn't realise anything was going on at first, it just looked like a bus had pulled up at the bus stop, but then we saw armed police," she said.
"I wouldn't be able to tell you how many there were, they were all over the place. There were armed police and uniformed officers.
"They got everyone off the bus and they just told us we had to stay inside so we went into the back.
"After about 20 minutes we were able to go back out and everything was cleared."
Witnesses said a passer-by, who was reportedly at the Ariana Grande concert where the bombing occurred on Monday, suffered a panic attack after she saw the armed officers in the street.
