Shares of Maan Aluminium will remain in focus, as its board on Friday approved issue of bonus shares via capitalisation of free reserves. The bonus issue will be in the ratio of 1:1.

The decision is subject to shareholder nod. If the shareholders give the nod, this would be the maiden bonus issue from the company. Investors will now closely follow the announcement of record date. Currently, 10,594 small investors own 20.49 per cent stake in Maan Aluminium.
