Net profit of Modern Shares & Stockbrokers declined 20.00% to Rs 0.04 crore in the quarter ended March 2017 as against Rs 0.05 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2016. Sales remain constant at Rs 0.52 crore in the quarter ended March 2017 and also during the previous quarter ended March 2016.

For the full year,net profit rose 7.69% to Rs 0.14 crore in the year ended March 2017 as against Rs 0.13 crore during the previous year ended March 2016. Sales declined 6.42% to Rs 2.04 crore in the year ended March 2017 as against Rs 2.18 crore during the previous year ended March 2016.
