The Cabinet meeting yesterday decided to add 22 local units in Sunsari, Saptari, Rautahat, Parsa, Dhanusa, Sarlahi, Bara, Nawalparasi, Rupandehi, Kavilvastu, Kailali and Banke ditricts.
