Trinamool Congress MP Sudip Bandyopadhyay's health condition is still a cause for concern, sources in the city hospital, where he was admitted on arrival from Bhubaneswar after getting bail in the Rose valley scam case, said today.
"Bandyopadhyay's clinical condition is still a cause of concern. He is being monitored closely and appropriate treatment given," the sources said here today.
Bandyopadhyay would also undergo tests to determine the cause for his significant weight loss, they said.
The Orissa High Court had granted bail to the MP on May 19. He was arrested by the CBI for his alleged role in the Rose Valley Group chit fund scam.
