The board of directors of GPT Infraprojects will meet on Tuesday to consider the audited financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2017 and declaration of final dividend for financial year 2016-17.

The board of the Kolkata-based company will also consider raising funds through an issue of equity shares and/or other securities and a proposal for declaration of bonus securities. Analysts will keep a close watch on the latter agendas.
