After a 1 year successful stint with Aditya Birla Group where he oversaw the multi billion Idea-Vodafone merger and the acquisition of Jaypee's cement assets by Ultratech, veteran investment banking rainmaker Saurabh Agarwal is set to join the Tatas as its Group CFO.
