Two persons died and five others were injured after an SUV collided with a motorised rickshaw in outer Delhi's Baba Haridas Nagar, police said today.
Six persons were last night coming to the city from Haryana in the SUV when the accident occurred, they said.
One person was rescued from the SUV by fire brigade team by cutting the vehicle.
The injured persons were rushed to the hospital where Ajay and Shivraj were declared brought dead.
The five injured persons are currently undergoing treatment at Safdarjung Hospital.
It is not known yet how the accident happened as the injured are not in the state to give statement, police said.
The SUV and the motorised rickshaw were damaged in the accident.
