Parvathamma stable, but still on ventilator

There has been no significant improvement in the condition of Kannada film producer Parvathamma Rajkumar, who is being treated at M S Ramaiah Memorial Hospital for multiple organ complications.

“She is stable, but remains critical as she is on ventilator. There has been no major improvement as compared to her condition on Saturday,” said Dr Naresh Shetty, president, MS Ramaiah Memorial Hospital.

On Sunday, doctors put her on dialysis due to reduced urine output, while serum creatinine count in her blood is within normal limits, he said. Parvathamma was put on ventilator on May 18 after her condition deteriorated.
