Bibhav Kumar, private secretary to Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal, was on Wednesday grilled by the Anti-Corruption Bureau in connection with the Rs 400-crore tanker scam.

Kumar, who has been associated with Kejriwal since his days as an RTI activist, was questioned for three hours by ACB sleuths on charges levelled by ousted Delhi minister Kapil Mishra.

Officials said Kumar, who was also asked to bring along some files related to the probe ordered by the government in the tanker scam, denied any wrongdoing.

Mishra, who was sacked as Delhi’s water minister earlier this month, had appeared before the ACB last week to record his detailed statement in connection with the tanker scam that took place during Shiela Dikshit’s tenure as chief minister.
