Gati and the foreign currency convertible bondsholders have resolved to settle the dispute by entering into a Settlement Agreement on Tuesday. Accordingly, 7,528 FCCBs will be redeemed in accordance with the terms of the FCCBs set out in the offer circular, Gati said in a disclosure to the exchanges. Another 7,373 FCCBs will be converted into the fully paid equity shares of Gati and the balance 7,281 FCCBs will be either redeemed or converted into fully paid equity shares of Gati at the discretion of the FCCB holders, the company said in the notification. Shares of Gati gained 2.8 per cent at ₹138.55 on the BSE.
