Yeshwantpur residents to air civic woes at Janaspandana

MLA S T Somashekhar and corporators of Doddabidarakallu, Herohalli, Ullal, Kengeri and Hemmigepura along with various government agencies like Bruhat Bengaluru Mahanagara Palike (BBMP), Bangalore Water Supply and Sewerage Board (BWSSB), Bescom, BMTC and police will listen to citizens' civic woes and help them address them instantly.

The residents of Yeshwantpur Assembly constituency will get an opportunity to air their civic woes at Deccan Herald and Prajavani’s ‘Janaspandana – Citizens for Change’ on May 20.

The event will be held at the Swami Vivekananda Yoga Kendra, I Stage, BEL Layout, Herohalli at 10 am. The programme is part of Deccan Herald and Prajavani’s initiative to connect with citizens of Bengaluru to solve their civic problems ranging from waste disposal, streetlights, stray dog menace, roads, drains, water and sewerage, electricity, health, public transport, footpaths, parks, playgrounds, traffic and law and order. The publications had organised many such events in the past at different locations of the city, which helped resolve most of the civic-related issues.
