An executive engineer attached to Panchayat Raj department in Jagtial district of Telangana was today sentenced to rigorous imprisonment for three years in a disproportionate assets case of 2008.
The special ACB court judge P. Bhaskar Rao found Sirangi Satyanarayana guilty and handed him rigorous imprisonment of three years.
The court also imposed fine of Rs 5 lakh on Satyanarayana.
He was booked by the ACB in 2008.
