An LPG cylinder burst today damaged a shanty in a slum in the southern part of the city, police said.
Nobody was injured in the explosion that happened at around 3.55 PM inside a shanty in the slum area at Ijjahtullah Lane in Charu Market police station area.
A portion of a wall of the shanty collapsed following the cylinder burst, police said.
