Three of a family killed in serial accident

Three members of a family were killed in a road accident near Huskur Kodi in Avalahalli on Sunday evening.

The deceased have been identified as Mubina Taj (46), her son S Tabrez (21) and daughter-in-law Naseema (21), all residents of Kattigenahalli in Hoskote taluk.

The trio were returning home on a bike, when a speeding car hit their two-wheeler from behind near Huskur Kodi. The bike in turn crashed into a private bus parked on the roadside, injuring all the three. All of them died on their way to a nearby hospital. Police have seized the car and the bus and detained drivers of both the vehicles.
